Symphony Resources

London Symphony Orchestra - See the orchestra from the inside with this immersive video experience.  Choose what section you want to see and listen to great music!
San Francisco Kids Zone - Must have Flash but lots of games and activities for kids to listen and be engaged.
NPR List of Virtual Concerts - NPR compiled this list of concerts to watch when you're stuck at home.  Some of them might be able to be used with students.
St. Louis Symphony Online Instrument Playground - ​This resource features videos, photos, and activities that introduce audiences to the instruments of the orchestra and the musicians who play them.
Detroit Symphony Orchestra - The DSO has made their educational concert FREE online.  Watch here!
Calgary Phil for Kids! - A series of free videos by the Calgary Philharmonic to help kids learn more about the instruments of the orchestra!

Kennedy Center Digital Stage - So many examples of different performances on the Kennedy Center stage including ballet, comedy, dance, hip-hop, theatre, jazz and lots more. 
Jazz at Lincoln Center - More great example videos to share with kids of exemplar performances.  
Peter and the Wolf - Great performance with narration from the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and Canadian Broadcast Company
Boston Symphony Orchestra - A series of full-length videos showcasing the BSO's "Heroic Performances"
Live with Carnegie Hall - Free live streams and archived episodes can be viewed on this page
North Carolina Symphony - The NC Symphony's "Education Concert" is free online!  A 30 minute concert and resources to help you use it!
Detroit Symphony Orchestra -  Stream a variety of concerts with the "Live From Orchestra Hall" page
​Calgary Philharmonic - Join the Calgary Phil for a series of LIVE concert events and free replay videos.
St. Paul Chamber Orchestra - Another series of free videos.  This might be a nice contrast to some of the larger orchestras featured above.
